We’re in that weird stage of moving prep when it’s time to get serious about it. It’s time to eat up as much of the food in the freezer as possible, not to mention all those half-full jars of condiments in the fridge.
We’ve made some progress, but I’d like to get the freezer completely empty in the next couple of weeks. That means unearthing the last few falafels, half a bag of flour tortillas, and some broccoli and calling it Greek burrito night. With a side of pickles and olives.
My kids are not amused.
